We limit returns to one return or exchange per customer. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Product must be returned to receive a refund. Once product is received a refund will be issued.
We do not accept returns based on taste. We typically process approved return/refund requests within 1-2 business days.
If your product was purchased through a Global Xtracts distributor or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange.
